So unfortunately without having a season this year, I at least wanted to find a old picture of Coach Val.
She was our throws Coach back around 2007 and worked with several really good shot, disc and javelin throwers.
Our group of Girls that reported to her became known as VAL'S GALS!
She is a superb Coach that actually competed in Scotland and brought a lot of team unity to us!
