PRIMETIME
For those of you that attended the banquet, we spoke about one of the best ever athletes in ELHS history: PRIMETIME ( Jessica Schnepp).
To give you a background on her, she qualified for the States in the 100, long jump, triple jump, 4 x 100 relay as well as finally in the javelin (after suffering an injury in basketball).
Well here she is in all her splendor wearing the "throwback" whites!
For a refresher, she broke the school javelin record and was given hers at the banquet, now she has a daughter who already has something to work with when she gets a "few" years older!
She is a multiple time Western Mass. champion.
Jess went to UNH for Volleyball as she was the greatest player in school history and should be in the next Hall of Fame class...but she may have been the best overall athlete ever at EL.

PRE-SEASON WORKOUTS
Weight training with Coach Lee shall commence on Monday March 4, at 2:15 pm.
All need to attend.
Distance runners have been given their workouts (which is posted in the bulletin by the weight room).
Communicate with Grace Tredo, Olivia Calkins, Gabby Berthiaume or Kayla Rodriguez if you have any questions.
Coaches Sullivan, Morrissey, and Morrisino shall be supervising the weight room.
The "secret site" also has listings.
WILL HAVE MEETING ON TUESDAY FOR THOSE THAT MISSED SPORTS NIGHT!

Jack Black made it to the promised land and is ranked 14th in the State. She is the 3rd best Shot Putter in East Longmeadow history.

END OF SEASON
Everyone be safe out there.
We will try to resume practices tomorrow for those of you advancing to the states.
In the meantime just stretch on your own and try to do some drills and core work. Shoveling snow is not a bad exercise either.
For those that failed to attend Monday's meeting, I covered banquet information for Mrs. Corcoran.
I also discussed the training regimen between seasons for those of you that will be advancing to the outdoor program.
Sports night is February 28th.
