Tuesday  December 27 - 8AM practice

Wednesday December 28 - 7:30 Departure for the Distance Classic.

All others can attend as 8AM practice that are not shot putters or distance runners

Thursday December 29 - 8AM practice

Friday December 30 - 7:30 Departure for the Free clinic at Reggie Lewis

Saturday December 31 - 8AM practice

Sunday January 1 - Off

Follks,

TODAY at practice I need to know your intentions for the two meets coming up during Christmas break.

1) DECEMBER 28 Distance Classic: EVENTS shot put, 800, 1000, mile,  2 mile, 4 x 800 and distance medley. 

SCHOOL WILL PICK UP THE COST, and transport to and from event. 

2) DECEMBER 30 CLINIC: Long jump, high jump,  Shot Put, Sprints, Hurdles, Distance, Relays as well as sessions of yoga

SCHOOL WILL PICK UP THE COST ( FREE) and transport to and from event.

Need to know what event you are interested in learning...they usually give out free shirts there too and prizes.
