PRE-SEASON WORKOUTS
Weight training with Coach Lee shall commence on Monday March 4, at 2:15 pm.
All need to attend.
Distance runners have been given their workouts (which is posted in the bulletin by the weight room).
Communicate with Grace Tredo, Olivia Calkins, Gabby Berthiaume or Kayla Rodriguez if you have any questions.
Coaches Sullivan, Morrissey, and Morrisino shall be supervising the weight room.
The "secret site" also has listings.
WILL HAVE MEETING ON TUESDAY FOR THOSE THAT MISSED SPORTS NIGHT!
